The Walter Beall Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships in general engineering, aviation or aeronautical engineering.
Applicants attending US military academies or enrolled in reserve officer candidate programs receiving aid cannot apply.
Applicants are FRA members or spouses, children or grandchildren of FRA members in good standing (current or deceased) for two consecutive years prior to the submission of an application.
They must enroll at a U.S. accredited college, university, or technical institution. Two character references from non-family members are required.
